“As a local, I appreciate the quality and variety you’ve had through the years and especially your fair prices.”
With great sadness, we announce the permanent closure of All Seasons. For 37 years, we have enjoyed serving you our cooking, some great wine and taking care of your family and friends. We are proud to have been a part of so many special gatherings, including the numerous weddings we’ve catered through the years. We’re proud to have been a part of the Calistoga “scene” for so long.
This is not how we would have chosen to end our tenure at All Seasons. There would have been guest chefs, winemaker dinners, wine and food pairings, all-time favorite dishes on the menu and plenty of time for people to stop by to say goodbye. But the current reality of this pandemic didn’t allow for that. As the song goes, “thanks for the memories.” Stay safe, stay well and take good care of one another.
Alex and Gayle Dierkhising and the staff of All Seasons
Stop by our alter ego, the Hydro Grill in Calistoga, to say hello!
For 35 years we have striven to stay true to our mission of creative, seasonal cooking. As we sort out the trends from the fads, keeping a blend of light to rich and lively to delicate, we aim for a balancing act. By trusting our instincts and listening to our guests and the chefs, we hope to get it right, and to earn that most honored prize-your return visit!
We moved to the Napa Valley in 1974 with the intention of being in the wine business—we just weren’t sure what the path would be. As it turns out, the Dierkhising family’s restaurant background came into play for our first business and from then on, wines would be the complementary element to the culinary commitment. And yet there’s still such a great sense of discovery and excitement every time we find another fascinating, noteworthy wine.
Few places on earth rival the beauty of our local Wine Country and fewer still have so many exquisite and diverse venues for a special event. While we have specialized in more weddings the last few years, we have always been thrilled to pair our menus with a particular winery’s style and varietals. (And we do very well tucked into that garage of yours as we help make that backyard gathering the best party ever!)

“Walk-in” parties are always welcome and seated on a first come-first serve basis. But reservations are appreciated, especially for larger groups (4 plus) and we suggest them for all on a holiday weekend. As is standard, there is a 20% gratuity for groups of eight or more. If there are some special requests, whether dietary, service dogs, wheelchairs, or festive sparkling wine or hors d’oeuvres upon arrival–we appreciate knowing in advance. And please let us know of any changes in your time or number. It’s appreciated.
Call this number and for group reservations, you may also contact the office. Ask for Gayle.
