MAIN COURSE

Diestel Ranch Roast Turkey – Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Winter Squash, Herbed Bread-Wild Rice-Pear Stuffing,  Brussels Sprouts, Cranberries, Pan Gravy    You may substitute seared chicken breast for the turkey

Wine and Pomegranate Braised Lamb Shank – Smoked Gouda Polenta, Seared Spinach, Pomegranate Seed

Classic Beef Bourguignon – Red Wine, Mushrooms, Carrots, Potato, Onion, Pork Belly, Garlic, Buttery Noodles
